I have a BA in Studio Art and have spent the past 15 years as an arts administrator and educator where my passion has been artist professional development programming. My own work has always been a side practice, but the pandemic has given me the opportunity and insight to pursue my own artistic career. I create functional ceramics that is often a combination of wheel-thrown and hand-built parts using colored clay. I build woven lattice work on my pieces, influenced by weaving and architecture.
