I make my jewelry by hand using 18K, sterling, and natural gemstones. I mainly use traditional jewelry tools (i.e. jeweler’s saw, files, torches etc.) to create my pieces. I enjoy the process of hand fabrication because of the challenge it presents. I see it as moving meditation - it keeps me focused and in the moment. I am currently exploring linear textures and patterns with a jeweler’s saw. I create my own bi-metal and use a jeweler’s saw to remove the gold to expose the silver below.
