Mariah Addis is a full-time ceramicist working in Tulsa, Oklahoma. She received her BFA from Alfred University in 2019. Since graduating, Mariah has exhibited throughout the USA, Columbia, and Japan. Her work explores the signification of ceramic objects through compositional arrangements atop the table. From functional pottery to more ambiguous forms, her craft is an assortment of symbolic and practical objects that co-mingle to perform in the important drama of dining.
