Judy DeSimone earned a bachelor of science in art education from Moore College of Art and Design in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. She was as an art educator for 39 years in the public and Catholic schools within the Philadelphia area kindergarten through eighth grade. Upon retirement, Judy began showing her ceramics in local art exhibitions and craft fairs. Her artistic goal is to strive for a quirkiness in shape, texture, color and a feeling that will bend to her whims of the present moment.
