Currently based in Asheville, North Carolina, Devyn Vasquez continuously pursues collaborative projects and material explorations. Her in-home studio accommodates a multi-media practice that includes metalsmithing, woodworking, textiles, and more. Vasquez’s metalwork most often takes the form of jewelry with consideration of movement through the distortion of lettering as well as geometric & modular compositions.
