I love to create from "scratch". When not creating in my studio, I am cooking or in my garden where I grow lots of veggies as well as many ornamentals that directly influence my work---especially the colors I use. I make all of the felt I use in my artwork. I start with wool roving ad either wet or needle felt it. I love being able to control the color and texture by making my own. I also do all of the woodworking needed for presenting my work.
