As ACC's director of finance and administration, Tracy Lamparty ensures that the organization's finances and overall administration are efficient and accessible. Previously, Tracy worked as the director of administration for the Jay & Rose Phillips Family Foundation of Minnesota for 13 years. During her time with the Foundation, she was an active volunteer leader with PEAK Grantmaking, a national membership organization. She also volunteers for the Roseville Gymnastics Booster Association, serving as the CFO since 2011. She graduated from Kent State University with a Bachelor’s in International Relations and German Translation and took the Mini MBA Certificate program at the University of St. Thomas. Tracy has been a lifelong maker of many things—from jewelry and lip balm to candles and greeting cards—and is thrilled to be using her professional skills at an organization that matches her personal interests so closely. Tracy lives in St. Paul with her husband, two daughters, and two spunky black labs. She loves spending time in her yard, going hiking, camping/backpacking, and reading when she can sneak in the time (mostly early weekend mornings when the rest of her family is sleeping).
