Joanne is a sales and sales management executive with more than 30 years of experience in print advertising and online sales. A graduate of the University of Minnesota with a double major in journalism and speech communications, Joanne is also a certified sales coach. Prior to coming to ACC, she was the Senior Sales Coach and Training Manager at the Star Tribune Media Company responsible for creating and implementing training programs for more than 125 sales representatives and sales managers. She worked for Knight Ridder Newspapers/Pioneer Press for 20 years and was recognized by the National Newspaper Association for her work nationally with movie studios and by the Pioneer Press for Leadership Excellence. Her interests include appreciating and collecting fine craft, cooking, boating, MN Twins baseball, and reading, and Joanne is also a KCBS certified Master BBQ Judge.
