What's new for 2024?

  • Fresh space. Featuring stunning skylights and fountains, this year we will be housed on a new side of the building, with an entrance from the beautiful Charles Street lobby cornering Charles and Pratt streets across from the Hyatt. This location will allow attendees to walk right in from street level and allow artists to sneak in moments of sunshine in between sales. The beautiful lobby and our updated floor plan will help make this a memorable event.

  • New dates. Our March 15–17 date range ensures the weekend is free of major citywide conflicts, ensuring ample availability of hotels, restaurants, and—most importantly—the attention of Baltimore! (Our typical February dates include a citywide high school basketball tournament at the Convention Center.)

  • Greater move-in flexibility. Artists will be able to unload their vehicles without a forced labor fee.

  • Workshops and info sessions. Our Zoom virtual workshops and info sessions are perfect for both those new to exhibiting and those who have been exhibiting for years.

  • Membership. All exhibitors receive a free 1-year membership to ACC with access to insurance plans designed for artists, travel discounts, a subscription to American Craft magazine, and more ($48 value).

  • Enhanced visitor experience. Baltimore 2024 includes an upgraded floor plan, adding cozy lounges, and an improved traffic flow for engagement.

  • Creative promotion. Our marketing team is back to pre-pandemic strength, and is uniquely suited to produce a promotional strategy that matches the integrity of the work our craft artists produce.

  • More guest passes. We have increased the free exhibitor guest passes to 20.

Is ACC planning for future shows in other regions?

ACC is in the final stages of an important strategic planning process.   As we work through our planning, we are assessing all aspects of ACC programming, including American Craft Made marketplaces. What we know today is that we look forward to producing our Flagship Baltimore show in March of 2024. The factors leading to our decision to cancel American Craft Made / St. Paul 2023 are front and center in the minds of a caring team of staff, trustees, consultants, and other advisors committed to listening, learning, and enacting the changes that are needed to advance ACC’s mission and vision. Throughout our strategic planning discussions, we have returned to the valuable role that public events play in fostering the livelihoods of craft artists and “makers,” and cultivating a large, diverse audience for their work. We look forward to sharing the outcomes of our planning process and how ACC will build upon the past 80 years of championing craft.
