I create jewelry using metalsmithing techniques/materials; my background is playful, yet intense, experimentation and practice. Craft is connection; from my design, to fabrication, to the final piece, it all connects me to others who recognize their own connections to craft. Craft implies function; we hold and use the object, feel its weight and texture, put things in it, or wrap it around us. We the makers and users, are the center of craft; the hub of connections that make craft live among us.
