As twin sisters, we share a love of color, nature, and a vision for a more ethical world. In 2002, we followed that shared vision to create FOAT. Each piece begins as an idea, inspired by the unique fabrics and materials we salvage from sustainable suppliers and thrift shops. We develop new designs based on what we find, to create very limited edition runs, each with a history and story all its own. Every FOAT garment has a story to tell. All of our production work is then completed by hand.
