I've worked for several decades as a figurative painter, metalsmith, and felt artist. My colorful felt jewelry playfully explores the wonder of the natural world and celebrates the beauty and humor found in everyday objects. I begin my pieces with sheets of 100% wool felt, which I cut, carve, and assemble in layers to create multi dimensional jewelry. My hope is that the work captures and carries on the joy I discover in my process.
