The American Craft Council Library & Archives in Minneapolis contains the country’s most comprehensive archive of contemporary American craft history, with more than 20,000 print publications, files on nearly 4,000 craft artists, four major archival collections, and a robust digital collection. After having to close the library to the public at the start of the pandemic, we're thrilled to be able to welcome visitors back into our space to explore our stacks and tap into our one-of-kind resources.

The library is open to the public for on-site visits by appointment only. Please schedule an appointment with the librarian, Beth Goodrich, by phone at 612.206.3118, or by email at [email protected]. The librarian also provides remote reference services by phone, email, or through the chat feature on the library web pages.
