Tony joined the American Craft Council in January 2023 as bookkeeper. Prior to ACC, Tony worked for over 17 years as accountant at the British High Commission Abuja, Nigeria and seven years as a senior accountant at the International Republican Institute at Abuja, Nigeria field office (IRI has their head office in Washington, DC).

Tony also has international working experience in accounting, finance, and budgeting, having served in both short- and long-term positions in Canada, Gambia, and Ghana. He studied Accounting at the Federal Polytechnics Nasarawa, Nigeria and has a master’s degree in Public Sector Accounting at the same Nasarawa State University, Nigeria. He is married to Precious and blessed with three adorable children, Miss Sophie, Miss Diamond, and Miss Queen.

In his spare time, he likes soccer and listening to cool music. He enjoys making new friends.
