As the director of development, Andrea lead the development and membership department. In addition to managing her own portfolio of donors, she worked closely with the executive director, board, and membership and development staff, to realize resources and organizational potential across all development fronts. This included institutional, legacy, special events, corporate, and special-projects fundraising. With two decades of experience in relationship management, sales, recruiting, and fundraising, Andrea’s strengths lie in strategic outreach, relationship building, and establishing partnerships in the business community. She is a successful project leader, facilitator, trainer, public speaker, event planner, and community collaborator with diverse audiences. Andrea’s commitment to equity and inclusion lead to deepened opportunity for building longterm connections. Prior to joining the ACC staff, Andrea served as a development officer at the Women’s Foundation of Minnesota. She has also served as a development director for Genesys Works, development manager for Coffee House Press, and development director for Free Arts Minnesota. She completed an Associate in Arts degree in philosophy in 2017.
