Fiat Lux: Randy Colosky New Works
to Feb. 25
MOCFA commissioned Oakland-based conceptual artist Randy Colosky to create site-specific works for this show; sculptures in aluminum, concrete, ceramic honeycomb, brick, and wood, as well as drawings, video, and photography will take over the gallery, façade, and outdoor space.

The Birding Life

This group exhibition of ornithological work across mediums, some of it from the book The Birding Life, includes ceramics from Mara Superior, Hannah Niswonger, and Laura Zindel.

Nothing says "happy holidays" like work in clay from current and recent Bray residents, including Nicholas Bivins, Kenyon Hansen, and Courtney Murphy.

37th Annual Pottery Show & Sale
Dec. 2 - 4
Juried each year by legendary ceramist Karen Karnes, this invitational fundraiser showcases some of the best pottery from across the United States, displaying work by emerging makers and established artists side by side.

Wexler Gallery
The Abstract Forms of Pablo Picasso & Wendell Castle
Dec. 3 - Feb. 25
Picasso's cubist prints are juxtaposed with recent sculptural furniture from Castle, showing the painter's shapely influence on Castle's distinct aesthetic, and bridging the showroom gap between two- and three-dimensional art.
