The American Craft Council is governed by a member-elected Board of Trustees responsible for the policies, programs and fiduciary well-being of the organization. Trustees are drawn from the spectrum of the craft community and allied professions. They serve a three-year term and may be reelected for additional three- or one-year terms. The board meets twice yearly, in New York and other cities. Officers of the board, elected by the trustees, include the chair, vice chair, secretary and treasurer.
