Craft Alliance (CA) is organizing a clothing drive, Undress for Art, from Monday, August 15 through Saturday, September 10. Clothes and shoes may be dropped off at CA’s locations in the Kranzberg Arts Center and in the Delmar Loop.
This is a unique opportunity to collaborate with the internationally renowned artist duo Guerra de la Paz. In preparation for their upcoming exhibition, Follow the Leader, opening at CA’s Grand Center gallery on September 16, Alain Guerra and Neraldo de la Paz invite members of the St. Louis community to donate their unwanted dresses, shirts, shoes and more. These items will then be used to create a sprawling installation at the Kranzberg Arts Center.
