The artist writes: "The endless possibilities of fusing, draping and slumping of glass have become my focus. My sculptural pieces and vases play on the design elements of line, shape, color and their inner relationship and my impressionistic works focus on a single moment in time. For example, my lush forest scene shows the heavy northwest growth that often hides the source of the sounds we hear until it miraculously appears before us. My seascapes capture that instant a powerful wave crashes over jagged rocks before it fades into memory."
