Kathryn Hunter’s "Submerged" comments visually on animal and human relationships: interaction/interference, their subtle links of life, the love, hate, and disregard of the other. Through the use of printmaking, paper cutting, and mixed media, the work reflects on the patterning of life, interdependence, autonomy, and the narrative between the animal and human worlds in water.

Emily Wilson’s "Water Garden" is a collection of new works featuring depictions of southern birds, flowers, plants, and other creatures found in and around the water’s edge. Emily Wilson is nationally known for her colorful wall sculptures of wooden birds, flora, and aquatic creatures supported on welded rod armatures.
