Council and THE GUILD® Announce a Unique Partnership for the Council’s
2005 Baltimore Craft Show (November 19, 2004)
The American Craft Council partnered with THE GUILD, the leading online retailer
of original art and fine craft, to inspire attendees at the Council’s
Baltimore Craft Show about the joy of living with craft. The Council and THE
GUILD will join forces to create room vignettes on the show floor using the
work of exhibiting artists as well as presenting lectures, walking tours and
panel discussions to delight and educate the public about the value of craft.

Council Creates Unique Opportunities At Annual Craft Show (December 1, 2004)
For the first time in 29 years, the American Craft Council, along with THE
GUILD®, will incorporate room vignettes on the show floor, highlighting
a compelling “living with craft” theme. The show will also feature
personal shoppers, walking tours and artists awards.
