Be inspired by the best of art and design at the 16th annual American Craft Council Atlanta Show. Featuring the distinctive work of more than 250 of America's top craft artists, you'll choose from a wide variety of beautifully hand-crafted works and have the opportunity to meet the artists who create them.
You'll find an array of exceptional fine craft - from jewelry, clothing and accessories, baskets, quilts, and sculptural and functional objects in clay, fiber, glass, to metal and wood. Be sure to plan a full day to fully experience the one-of-a-kind and limited edition works by jury-selected artists. Don't miss this once-a-year opportunity to rekindle your enthusiasm for these objects of desire.
New in 2005
For the first time in Atlanta, the show is open for three full days beginning Friday March 18. Plan to visit the show on Friday and get an early start on your shopping adventure and partake in the Council's complimentary seminar with a leading Atlanta designer on how to incorporate craft into your home environment. If you prefer your art "shaken, not stirred" -- avoid the rush hour and visit the show after work on Friday night for our "mARTini mixer" scheduled from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. and enjoy a special martini created just for the show. A special admission price of $8 is available to anyone entering the show after 4 p.m. on Friday.
